Planet Hollywood's Spice Market Buffet Unfortunately, the buffet is just lacking in value. Staff and servers were quite amazing and food offered was well prepared. It's simply a matter of value for the dollar. Buffet offerings were limited to regular dishes -- lacking any extraordinary offerings/wow factor. A cookie cutter buffet and not really worth the $25.99 dinner price. If you want budget, I would suggest going off strip for twice the selection at half the price, or pay more for the premium buffets on the strip and get the extravagance expected at a Vegas buffet.
